Hello, my name is Joe Zokan and I am the President of Northpoint Heating & Air, Inc. Whether you are a long-standing customer of Northpoint or visiting us for the first time, it is imperative that you know everything you can about my company. We offer a no hassle sales approach, where we give you options to repair/replace your system and educate you about your system, as opposed to selling you a product or service that you do not really need.  

Since 2007, my sons, Ryan (Bluffton, SC location) and Brent (Columbia, SC location), have transitioned into the leadership roles and have/will continue to offer personalized service with dedication to professionalism, quality workmanship, and 100% customer satisfaction.
